Honey Pecan Cream Cheese {gluten free, low fat, healthy}
Philadelphia Cream Cheese actually sells a delicious honey pecan cream cheese, but it’s full of sugar and not offered in 1/3 less fat. So I decided to whip up a healthier version using 1/3 less fat cream cheese, and it turned out absolutely amazing! You could even use fat free cream cheese if you want to!
All you need is cream cheese, honey, cinnamon, and chopped pecans…simple ingredients that make for a flavorful combination!
Ingredients:
- 8 ounce block of 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/4-1/3 cup honey, depending on how sweet you like it
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
- Place cream cheese on your counter for about an hour to soften
- Add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl and mix together using a spoon until everything is incorporated

Uses:
- Obviously, this tastes delicious on a plain bagel
- Spread onto gluten free graham crackers for a simple dessert
- Spread on a gluten free tortilla, top with another gluten free tortilla, and brown in skillet for a delicious dessert quesadilla
- Spread onto a slice of gluten free toast and drizzle with more honey
- Stir some into your morning oatmeal

Ingredients
- 8 ounces 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened or fat free cream cheese
- ¼-? cup honey depending on how sweet you want it
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Set cream cheese out on your counter for at least one hour to soften
- Add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl and mix together until everything is combined
- Serve on a toasted gluten free bagel
- Store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days in airtight container
