Everything But the Bagel Seasoning has become a cult classic. People put it on EVERYTHING, so why not turn it into a tasty salad dressing?! That's exactly what I have done, and it is AMAZING!
This dressing is the perfect consistency, flavorful, and tastes so good that you'll want to make a new batch of it every week! It tastes great on salads and as a dip for chicken! Honestly, this dressing is so good I haven't even made ranch dressing this week because I'm using the EBB dressing for everything!
The one ingredient you're going to want to make sure you have on hand is Everything But the Bagel Seasoning. You can pick some up at Trader Joe's, Target, or your local grocery store because a lot of brands have come out with their own version of this seasoning.
The base of the dressing is simple and can be used as a base for just about any creamy dressing:
¾ cup buttermilk (I recommend using full fat and not low fat for dressing recipes)
¾ cup sour cream (light is fine)
¾ cup mayonnaise (Duke's is my go-to)
Then you'll want to add in your seasonings:
1 ½ tablespoon Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
½ tablespoon dried minced onion (or 1 teaspoon onion powder)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Stir it all up and voila! Store in an airtight container with a lid in your fridge for up to one week or as long as your buttermilk and sour cream haven't expired.
