Avocado toast is one of those things that is hyped up on social media and youโ€™re not sure if you should buy into the hype. Well, all I can say is that I regret not trying it sooner! This Gluten Free Avocado Toast with Egg is super easy to make and packs a ton of flavor! So stop missing out and make this today!

What ingredients you need to make Gluten Free Avocado Toast with Egg:

  • Mashed avocado or guacamole
  • Gluten free bread
  • Eggs
  • Everything but the bagel seasoning

More about the ingredients:

Avacodo: I cheat and use guacamole for my avocado toast. It adds more flavor and itโ€™s already mashed and ready to spread. So anytime I make tacos, you can bet that the next day I will be eating avocado toast with egg. Any store-bought guacamole or even the mashed avocado cups you can buy at the grocery work great for this recipe.

Gluten Free Bread: We all know that gluten free bread is not the same as regular bread, but there are some really great options out there that make amazing toast. My two favorites are Bfree Brown Seeded Loaf and Schar Sourdough. Toast them to your liking.

Eggs: I prefer scrambled eggs on my avocado toast, but fried eggs and sliced harboiled eggs are great too. For an easy option, you can buy boiled and peeled eggs at most grocery stores and slice or grate them right onto the toast.

EBB Seasoning: Everything but the Bagel Seasoning is a Trader Joeโ€™s staple, but itโ€™s also available from different brands at Walmart and most grocery stores across the US. So if you donโ€™t have a TJโ€™s nearby, head to Walmart and pick up some EBB seasoning in the spices aisle.

How to make Gluten Free Guacamole Toast with Egg:

  1. Toast your bread to your liking
  2. Spread 2 tablespoons guacamole or mashed avocado on each slice of bread
  3. Top with eggs, cooked your way
  4. Sprinkle with EBB
  5. Itโ€™s that simple to make the best Gluten Free Avocado Toast youโ€™ll ever eat!
