Y’all! This Easy Gluten Free White Country Gravy Recipe is everything you need it to be! With just 5 ingredients, you will have a homemade gluten free white country gravy that tastes like it came out of a southern kitchen!

My mom always made this peppered sausage gravy with breakfast when I was growing up, and I used her recipe (minus the sausage) to make this Easy Gluten Free White Country Gravy. It tastes great on gluten free fried chicken, gluten free country fried steak, mashed potatoes, and biscuits! If you’re looking for an easy sausage gravy recipe, just add some cooked crumbled sausage to this recipe, and tada!
I used to think gravy was a work of art, but once I made this White Country Gravy, I realized just how easy it is to make a delicious gravy. The key to flavor in this recipe is the seasoned flour. You can use any seasoned flour you like, but Kentucky Kernel Gluten Free Seasoned Flour is by far my favorite! It tastes like the gluten version my momma uses, but it's gluten free!
Since the flour is already seasoned, you don’t need much more seasoning. Just a little salt and pepper and you’ll be on your way to a flavorful gravy that tastes good on anything!
