Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups coconut water
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup frozen mango
- ½ cup loosely packed baby spinach
- ½ avocado
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal
- Juice from half a lemon
- Dash of cayenne pepper
