Perfect Purple Pepper Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups coconut water
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed baby spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed meal
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • Dash of cayenne pepper

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Nutrition: 53g carbs, 14g fat, 5.5g protein, 11g fiber
