    Breakfast Burritos {gluten free, healthy}

    Breakfast Burritos

    Ingredients
      

    • 2 large eggs
    • 10 egg whites
    • 1 pound turkey breakfast sausage
    • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    • ½ teaspoon sea salt
    • ½ teaspoon black pepper
    • 8 Siete almond flour tortillas
    • spray cooking oil (avocado or olive)

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    • Heat large skillet medium-high heat and spray with cooking oil
    • Add turkey sausage to skillet and cook until no longer pink, cooked through
    • Line a plate with paper towels and drain sausage
    • In a mixing bowl, combine two large eggs, 10 egg whites, salt, and pepper and mix together
    • Place sausage back in skillet, stir in eggs, and cook until eggs are cooked through
    • Add cheese to skillet and stir until melted and combine with eggs and sausage
    • Fill 8 gluten free tortillas with mixture, fold, and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes
    • Serve with salsa and sour cream
