Ingredients:
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ½ cup frozen mango
- ½ cup loosely packed parsley
- ½ avocado
- 1 handful baby greens (I use a mix of spinach and kale)
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- Juice from half a lime
- 1 cup water
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
Notes:
- Use fresh or frozen fruit
- Use any baby greens: spinach, kale, arugula, or a mix
