
Dijon Pork Chops {gluten free}

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless pork chops
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon avocado oil
- ¼ cup diced onion
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken bone broth
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
- ½ tablespoon corn starch
- olilve or avocado oil spray
Instructions
- Season pork chops with a sprinkle of salt and pepper
- Place pork chops on preheated grill or skillet sprayed with olive or avocado oil
- Cook on each side for about 5 minutes until seared, then continue cooking until they reach an internal temp of 145 degrees Farhenheit
- Place 2 tablespoon avocado oil and ¼ cup onion in medium skillet and turn heat to medium
- Saute onions in oil until they become translucent, about 3-5 minutes
- Stir in heavy cream, bone broth, mustard, salt, pepper, and corn starch, and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes
- Top cooked pork chops with dijon sauce and serve!
