    Dijon Pork Chops {gluten free, keto, low carb}

    Dijon Pork Chops {gluten free}

    • Meat thermometer

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 pound boneless pork chops
    • salt and pepper
    • 2 tablespoon avocado oil
    • ¼ cup diced onion
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • ½ cup chicken bone broth
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
    • 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
    • ½ tablespoon corn starch
    • olilve or avocado oil spray

    Instructions
     

    • Season pork chops with a sprinkle of salt and pepper
    • Place pork chops on preheated grill or skillet sprayed with olive or avocado oil
    • Cook on each side for about 5 minutes until seared, then continue cooking until they reach an internal temp of 145 degrees Farhenheit
    • Place 2 tablespoon avocado oil and ¼ cup onion in medium skillet and turn heat to medium
    • Saute onions in oil until they become translucent, about 3-5 minutes
    • Stir in heavy cream, bone broth, mustard, salt, pepper, and corn starch, and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes
    • Top cooked pork chops with dijon sauce and serve!
