When you can’t eat gluten, you can’t just go to your local fast food restaurant and pick up an easy dinner, but you can make a copycat of a takeout favorite and make it gluten free! This gluten free copycat KFC Famous Bowl is ridiculously easy to make and gives you all of the same ooey-gooey goodness you’ve been craving!

I like to take shortcuts in my kitchen, and this recipe is no exception. To keep this recipe as simple as possible, we’ll use the microwave, air fryer (or oven if you don’t have one), and a few easy ingredients that don’t cost a fortune. With the rising cost of groceries, having an easy gluten free recipe to turn to that costs under $30 to feed 4 people is a blessing. This recipe also takes less than 30 minutes to make, so you’re not spending a lot of time cooking.

Let’s get to the recipe so you can get to making and eating it!

    3. Place frozen corn in microwave safe dish and heat for 2 minutes until warmed through
    4. Make gluten free brown gravy according to package directions
